    We waited over an hour. Someone took my husband's name off the check in list but never called him…read moreback. After they took 3 or 4 people back that came in AFTER we arrived, my husband asked the lab tech to check why he wasn't called back yet. She said she'd check. Two more people were taken back before they finally called back. No explanation or apology for why he was missed. Customer service is terrible!

Despite having an earlier appointment, I watched as my husband--and three other patients--were taken back before me. One of those patients even gave my name at check-in, and shockingly, the lab tech didn't verify her identity or check the lab order before calling her back. When I asked what was happening, the tech admitted the mistake but didn't apologize or attempt to fix it promptly. I waited an hour and a half before even being addressed, only to be incorrectly told that the lab didn't carry a test my doctor had specifically ordered. I called my provider myself--turns out the lab DID have the test all along. The lack of communication and accountability was staggering. As if that wasn't enough, while waiting to be seen again, I was verbally attacked and threatened by another patient in the waiting area. This outburst was loud, aggressive, and intimidating enough that my husband had to return from his car to de-escalate the situation. The staff? They said nothing. Did nothing. Not a word--not to the woman who was screaming at me, and certainly not to us. This experience was unprofessional, negligent, and frankly, unsafe. I will never return to this location. I'd rather drive hours out of my way than be subjected to this kind of chaos and disrespect again. Do better.

    Worst possible experience!…read more I made an appointment for 1:45 PM, arrived at 1:10 PM and checked into their electronic kiosk. I was offered a better appointment in just 2 minutes. Forty minutes later the woman manning the front desk called my name and asked why I was there. She apparently did not check the appointment information. I said that I have a standing order for a simple blood test every 4 weeks. She asked for the order from my doctor. I handed it to her and she said that it would be a few minutes. I told her that I needed the original back because it is a reoccurring order. She said that she would make a copy for me. I said that I needed the original back. She said that she would keep the original and give me a copy. I again repeated that I needed the original. She said no. I said that I now wanted the original to take to a different lab because I did not want her to keep the original and that I no longer wanted the blood work performed there. She gave it to me and as I turned to leave, she said "Have a nice day, honey". I turned back and she gave me a huge grin. In her mind I'm sure that she thought she was important and in total control. Her "better than you" attitude cost LabCorp a customer. I got the blood work done at a local hospital and they gave me back the original order. I asked if they needed the original and they told be "of course not". LabCorp? NEVER AGAIN!
