My 81 year old father who has dementia used paper towels instead of toilet paper and clogged the entire drains of the house. Entire house drains are inoperable. Oh and he has been in the hospital now in ICU about to die so I have been trying to take care of this plumbing problem for my 84 year old mother. Called this company and when he arrived he refused to try to make it up the plowed snow packed driveway (mind you my little enclave with AWD made it fine and I told him that is what I drove long before he came out so he shouldn't have been surprised). He called and said he wasn't going to chance going up the driveway (even though the driveway is plowed) as it would affect his business. Selfish. Terrible service. Highly do not recommend this company and use at your own risk as they are unreliable and don't really care but about themselves!

Our experience with this company was amazing. We called in…read morethe morning to see if they could clear a drain which another company couldn't (they other folks even broke off a tip in the drain making it worse) They were able to get us served the same day. Our technician showed up in a nice uniform, they took great care to keep any mess in and around the drain, all of our floors and carpets stayed clean. The tool they use to clean broke twice, a supervisor came out with a replacement machine, and both of them stayed till the job was done (past dinner time) They charged for a single hour of work, apologetically telling us the equipment failure was not our issue. Both of these fellas were professional with their appearance, language, work, and bearing; I was utterly impressed. You may be able to find a cheaper drain cleaner in the area, but I've used a few in the past; none of them came anywhere close to the level of appearance, service, and customer care as Dale (the tech) and Pervis (his supervisor) They will take care of you at a fair price, answering your call the first time, staying till the job is done correctly no matter the cost to them. I don't know what has happened but I have had the worst experience this time and just want to warn folks!! Tech came out last week for 2 drains that were backing up in a basement level apartment. Replaced things in both drains but apparently never thought to check the main drain. Now I'm no plumber but common since tells me in this situation to be sure to check that. Now my tenant has been waiting over 24 hours for them to come back out. They are saying that a Tech came out and knocked and knocked on the door with no answer. Any time there has been an issue like this they have called me as the property manager. Did they this time? Nope nothing! They knew that I have been in touch multiple times they have my number as they have called me during this ordeal as well. They knew that there is now sewage coming into the apartment. They know it is a serious issue. Yet they do not bother to call! I could have been there in 5 min to open the door but my tenant was even home all evening and never heard a knock. All I would have had to do was call them. They did find a sticker on the ground after I asked them to go look for one. So completely disappointed in the change with this company. I would recommend finding someone else if thinking of using them!!
