I was able to send her my documents this morning and she worked all day on things for me while I was at work and when I came in after, she had all my options ready for me and did it all as quickly as possible when I got there. I have 2 loans and BECU and when I took the second loan they told my to just over pay the first…read moreloan and the overage would be transferred to the second one and pay that. Well, apparently that was a lie because they keep calling me telling me I haven't made my payments. I've tried to make the second payment out of my BECU checking account to my BECU loan, but it will not let me and it will only let payment to the first loan and says, I'll have to mail a paper check for the second loan to BECU.

Since then she has changed it on several occasions and expects that she can bite my head off and that i am not going to hang up on her even when i try to explain or converse back with Her and she's still biting my head off even when i try to explain. the court case may not be her fault but her agreeing to it from the beginning knowing what she was getting into over the phone and going against what she agreed to and what the court recommended is her fault and entirely her fault alone. she cant pinpoint this on anyone else but her. She promises yet doesn't deliver. Even the attorney was surprised that She wasnt delivering. IF you ask Her questions to have Her explain why esp when She is dealing with alot of money and by this I am only referring to mine. She refuses to answer. No trust was sold on not answering. IF you go to a car dealership and they say we will charge you these fees on top of the car and you ask them why and they refuse to answer...............would you trust them afterwards? Trust is not built in hiding the reason why but in explaining why as a business your in the position you are in.
