They are thieves. They robbed me. Had two random charges from them for $50 ($100). Called my friend to let her know... turned out she had a $500 charge! Same on her husband's card as well. I just came straight to the reviews because they basically told her "Oops sorry about that can't help you though." So don't keep your tab open because it's just a free for all for them. This is one of the best strip bars we've ever been to. The staff are amazingly friendly and professional, it's an upscale environment , and the women are beautiful. They have amazing food and weekly specials! We love to play pool and watch sports (including the super bowl) on 4 big screen TVs - 20 foot screens. Went in here a couple of weeks ago in the middle of the week and wasn't expecting much. Boy was I wrong. Girls were plentiful and well worth watching. Heartbreakers used to be an awesome establishment until RCI bought it. They have either fired or drove away all of the decent mangers, waitresses, and bartenders. They can't keep decent dancers either. It's not that they're not beautiful, just not that nice. Food is still decent, just not as much variety anymore. And the wine list sucks read more

We've been here a few times since we turned 21 and every time we have come we've had a blast! The drinks are always great and everyone is very welcoming and very nice. The girls are gorgeous and make us feel welcome. There was a misunderstanding last time we went, we got charged $200 for a table so we went back the next day and everything was resolved. James talked to us and he was super nice in explaining that it was just a preauthorization and it would not go through for the full amount. We were able to go on a sunday and ate one of the best steaks we have ever had for free! They have some special going on on sundays that if you buy a drink, you get a free steak. Overall this is our favorite club to go to and we recommend it to anyone coming into town! read more

Terrible service, poor management and they tried using physical force to get me out of the club because they said my id was fake because my id is out of state and said "not for real Id purposes" which has nothing to do with the authentication of an id , even though it was verified through the front security that it was real the managers still didn't want us in there ( which seems like there's a bit of a racial problem in there ) . This club is as nice as any I've been to in the area (Houston and beyond). The girls are pretty, the drinks are decent (even if pricey - but you end up paying for the nice scenery as with any club), and the atmosphere is safe and inviting. This club is very couples friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. Bartenders, servers, managers and dancers have all been friendly to me and our group(s). We had a group of 14 go in after one playoff game recently and had a great time. Summer, C, Ashley and all the others were friendly and smiling and giving every effort to make us all feel welcome and enjoy our time. Can't wait for my next venture to this cool place!! read more

Very poor management. management and bar tender lacked very poorly on knowing outer state ID's the security by the front door even said it was real but the management and bar tender forced us out saying it was fake. Second time at a Gentleman's club, and I loved this one. The Ritz was my first and it was crowded, but fun. I went with my boyfriend and we had a great time. Raven was so friendly and welcoming as well as being talented and beautiful. Then my boyfriend told me to choose a girl for a couples dance, I chose Dominique and did not regret it. Dominique is a gorgeous woman from Cuba and we will back after Raven and Dominique made the night an enjoyable memorable experience. I came in here last week with a friend on a Saturday night expecting the worst from the other yelp reviews... I was pleasantly surprised by how packed the place was and several of the girls were absolutely stunning.. They also have not just poles but the horizontal bars on the ceiling which can be impressive since I teach fitness classes I'm more interested in watching athletic ability than someone hump the ground or trip over their crazy plastic shoes lol ;-) All in all this place beats many I have seen inside Houston and the staff was super friendly and our waitress was amazing! This is a great club. The dancers are always super friendly, and the waitresses provide quick and accurate service. The music is usually awesome, but just like anywhere else, they occasionally play a few songs that I'm not a fan of. I would have to say that my favorite dancer is the short redhead (I think her name is Ruby?). She seems a bit new, but she's extremely sexy and always has a great smile. I've never been disappointed by her. The drinks are reasonable as well. $7 for any beer they have, and $10 for well liquor. Happy Hour is awesome, if you arrive Monday-Friday, drinks are half price until 7 pm, and on Thursdays, Happy Hour lasts until 11 pm. The food is also amazing, and on Fridays, they have an all-you-can-eat buffet from 11:30 am until 2 pm Overall, I always enjoy spending time (and my money, Lol!) at Heartbreakers. read more

This is a FUN place. I honestly didn't know what to expect based on some of the previous horrible reviews but this club is legit! The layout is excellent (they have up to 4 stages during peak times and plenty of chairs and seating area to engage in private conversation). There's even an upstairs VIP area (but I haven't been up there yet). But let's talk about the ladies. I went on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised to meet a couple of interesting (and sexy as Hell) ladies (Pixie, a gorgeous redhead and Bella, a stunningly beautiful blonde). Both were down-to-earth, not-pushy ladies who were cool to converse about this and that (I tipped them both for their time, of course). There were a few other girls that I would like to meet but there's only so much a dude can do given a few hours (plus, I was very much enjoying the company of the two ladies mentioned above). The waitstaff was also a notch above what I've experienced at other clubs. Sigrid and Dominique were both very attentive and checked on me every so often. The shift manager (Jeremy) also introduced himself to me after they found out I recently moved to this area and let me know to come talk to him if I needed anything (and I didn't which was great!). The bartender was some cool Australian (or New Zealand?) dude and that's where you wanna go to break bills into change. The scotch double I got was a bit crazy steep but then again...for $6 this place offers a beer + steak special on weekends (daytime only, I think). I already ate before I arrived so I can't comment on that (but...it's a $6 beer AND steak!!!). The DJ...OMG. I think the DJ on duty was James and he spun some awesome songs all the while. This is the kind of music that makes you wanna dance (or be in a John Wick movie...just not one of the bad guys). The girls pick the genre of music and James finds the best songs to play for them (a great system to slightly better get to know the girls dancing on stage, love it). This is a family-owned business with a lot of friendships between the employees so don't be a douche. If you're gonna throw a bachelor party here, treat the ladies and staff well and you'll be rewarded in kind (don't pop your collar and throw 1's in the air thinking you're gonna see these ladies grovel...they won't and you prolly won't get to know them...ever). All in all, a really awesome chill spot and I'm really glad I took the time to check it out. I hope this review offsets some of the other negative ones cause I'd hate to see a place like this disappear. In fact, it's the strip club I didn't realize I've always been looking for (no joke). It's an okay place to go to have a few drinks and listen to music. My wife and I have been to a lot of strip clubs since the early '90's, Ricks, Chesapeake, Atlantis, Ritz, The Men's Club, Centerfolds, Baby Dolls and others. Heartbreakers is the only club that we go to that the dancers ignore us and it has always been that way for some reason, it just doesn't seem to be very couple friendly. Last night for example, a Wednesday night, there were dancers sitting by themselves or sitting with each other, not one time did a dancer even stop by us to say hi how are y'all thanks for coming or even look at us. Just recently we've been there 3 times in about as many weeks and only 1 dancer actually stopped and sat with my wife and talked to her which in return she made money. Unfortunately it's the only club that is even close to us anymore, we keep thinking it might be different but it never is. read more
