I mean, this morning I went to the 1030 yoga nidra class and had my mind blown by the instructor- inspiring and intelligent like I've never experienced. And then I dipped my toe into kundalini yoga. I ended up not able to load existing developed courses - and although when she sold me the program she guaranteed increased business, I finished with an incomplete site that didn't function I signed up with her also for what she said was her last live cohort of Human Design Embodiment. To me live cohort means collaborative learning with other people . what I received was a link where I listened for an hour , I was asked to stay muted so no discussion or questions . after 2 sessions I asked about being able to ask questions, and in the3rd session was allowed to speak - she gave me 10 minutes of her time I had to ask for access to the slides and materials , which I think for the cost of the program should have been supplied . And she also tried to change my purchase of the program into a master class , requiring a monthly charge she "told" me this is what was happening. after I paid all in all , communication is very unclear. changes are made without consulting , which I find frustrating and unprofessional. while I liked her personally , and support her mission of Faith House Dog Rescue , I cannot in good faith recommend her business services to others

Wow, is this worth it! It's a bit expensive but totally awesome to get stretched by someone who…read moreknows what they're doing. The 25 minute stretch is too short, I highly recommend the 50 minute. They start with an impact gun and massage you for about 10 minutes. After that, they stretch your lower half, then your upper half. You are mainly on your back on a padded table. Every one of the therapists I've used have been super kind and very nice. The weekend receptionist is a hoot. She has more energy than everyone else in the place, combined. One of the mid-week receptionists seems really young and mildly grumpy, I am going to avoid calling mid-week. Other than that, I highly recommend this if you are dealing with any health issues. I have sciatica and have tried everything. I've done chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, exercise, and this is the first thing to truly help. Thanks, StretchLab!
