I ended up with…read morea different version of Kajabi without my url attached , Meadow said she didn't have one and I didn't need one ? I ended up not able to load existing developed courses - and although when she sold me the program she guaranteed increased business, I finished with an incomplete site that didn't function I signed up with her also for what she said was her last live cohort of Human Design Embodiment. To me live cohort means collaborative learning with other people . what I received was a link where I listened for an hour , I was asked to stay muted so no discussion or questions . after 2 sessions I asked about being able to ask questions, and in the3rd session was allowed to speak - she gave me 10 minutes of her time I had to ask for access to the slides and materials , which I think for the cost of the program should have been supplied . And she also tried to change my purchase of the program into a master class , requiring a monthly charge she "told" me this is what was happening. after I paid all in all , communication is very unclear. changes are made without consulting , which I find frustrating and unprofessional. while I liked her personally , and support her mission of Faith House Dog Rescue , I cannot in good faith recommend her business services to others

After 3 years, I'm back. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. So when my…read morepanic and anxiety attacks conveniently began to tag team, I found myself back to the beginning. The universe knew exactly what it was doing sending me back to the starting line. I've lost my way again. I indeed forgot how to calm my mind and body. It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. So if you are on the fence, do it. Book the appointment and get started on your healing journey.

Walking into Pacific Ashtanga yoga shala feels like stepping into a space where tradition,…read morediscipline, and genuine community all come together in a powerful way. What sets this shala apart is Diana (owner) and its deep respect for the integrity of the Ashtanga lineage while still making the practice accessible and welcoming. The teaching is precise, intentional, and rooted in a real understanding of breath, bandha, and drishti--not just going through the motions, but guiding students toward a more meditative and transformative experience. The Mysore-style environment is especially exceptional. There's a quiet energy in the room, focused, supportive, and deeply personal.
