But my meditation practice has opened up doors for me that I know science is yet to explain. After a friend had recommended Andrew to me multiple times, I finally decided to just try one session and see what I thought from there. JUST ONE SESSION... One session has now turned into 6+ and I'm continuing to see Andrew weekly. The first time I went in to see him, I didn't even have a purpose or really know why I was there. I just decided to give him a shot to see if he can somehow help me get into deeper mediations.
