I called East Coast in Fayetteville and spoke to a manager...Whitney. Not only was she arrogant but not a problem solver or a manager who took ownership of her position. Few skills Whitney possessed and my conversation fell upon deaf ears. Nothing accomplished whatsoever...this is what happens when something arises and the manager is lazy or is unwilling or worst of all unknowing how to solve it.
