After my hearing test at this location I was more than impressed with the quality and attention given to me. All my problems started when the front office took over and had to file pre approval from my plan to ok payment of my 2 hearing aids. Which I already confirmed would be covered. Their office even called on first day to confirm full payment was available to me as they had thought that my plan only covered part. But they were told as I was that all was covered, they only need to apply for pre approval to complete. Upon leaving on day one I was told they would send in paper work to get things done. Well dealing with my plan for well over 40 years I was aware of time lines and how things work for the most part, so after 2 weeks I called to ask if there was some kind of delay I might help with and was informed that they have heard noting in regards to me getting hearing aids- no paper work has been filed. I called back to hearing life and was told they had done it already but would re-submit. So I waited another 2 weeks and called my plan only to be told they have heard nothing from this company again. Now I am a month in and should have already had my hearing aids. So I call hearing life again and a lady answers who I had not been dealing with so far. After she has me on hold for quite some time she come back on to inform me she has found my file in a desk and nothing has been done with it and alls she could do was apologize that nothing was done and she didn't understand why. Next problem she can't submit herself but she would have lady do first thing next day. Now I am over a month in. This time I wait another 4 days only and call plan to see if they have handled paying for my hearing aids only to be told they have nothing yet. At this point I realize there is another hearing life in town so I call them to inform them I would no longer deal with the one I have been and wanted to switch to their office. After they had me on hold for about 20 minutes to see what they could do for me they came back and told me they could not help as they did not take my plan even thought other office in same town did. LOL I told her yes to cancel my order with other office as she said she would let them know I would go else where. With in 5 min I get a call from office I no longer want to deal with and she is on phone telling me she has called herself to confirm that they indeed did have my file all along. So I said wait and called my plan only to be told it was faxed 10 min ago for first time and no one had it all along at all. Needless to say I am going else where because if this is what I can expect I could not deal with them further. On their web site you can post a review but they refused to post mine even though I was never rude and only stuck to facts with no use of foul or profane language. Almost word for word as this review. Thanks Yelp. On their site only positive reviews are excepted. SAD!!!!!
