Once in the back rooms, you can hear others conversations in hallway or other rooms. Once the Doctor comes in they go over items and medical assistant takes notes. Usually the visit is less than 15 mins. Seems like they have a high turn over with employees as I never see the same people. I've come for allergies, nasal, and CPAP. They also have an place inside for the sleep study. When I did my sleep study there it was very noisy with a busy street. Seems like most are here for allergy shots or hearing test. They also have a Chandler office. Both seem very busy.

After 10 days no call, 15 days pasted, I called and was told it hadn't come in yet and it was too late in the day to call the supplier. I was promised a call back the next working day. Another week passes no call. Again I call during business hours and receive a recording that they were closed the previous day and would be returning on the day I called. When I was finally contacted by email it was to notify me that another appointment would have to be made to make another mold. Dear Terri, Your companies lack of customer service and failure to carry through with their promises has resulted in a total lack of trust. * Phone calls not placed * Emails not sent * General "I don't care attitude!" I really do not understand how you stay in business with this type of commitment. We will go elsewhere even though it will require driving many miles. Maybe, just maybe we will find a provider that has the ability to carry out what they promise. This provider is not interested in customer service only what the customer and do for them.
