Ryan took the call and in spite of having very bad hearing, I had no trouble understanding his clear diction. He has a warm manner and is patient too. No one likes to admit they need hearing aids, and I think Ryan understands this. He treated me with dignity and did not condescend, as some of the Big University doctors unfortunately have done. He asked plenty of important questions, including whether I had tinnitus. Tinnitus is a big part of my problem and even so, I nearly forgot to mention it! Thank goodness Ryan knew and asked. I was able to get an appointment at my preferred time only a week away. The waiting area is simple in the best way - no noisy screens or distractions - and the lighting makes it warm and welcoming. I was seen promptly on time and all the tests went efficiently, so I was out in good time too. Dr. Baldwin is respectful of my time as well as my needs. I got the test results before I left the office, so I can take the next steps and continue the process of getting my hearing corrected without having to call around, check portals, or otherwise fend for myself.
