I saw Dr. Dickson for my regular DOT physical because of location. The office in downtown Lynden…read morewas beautiful and the office staff professional and pleasant. Nurse Lisa did the preliminary work with a smile and Dr. Dickson did not rush the physical like so many others have. Quite a pleasant and considerate man and he even answered my questions about other issues not part of the DOT exam. The office environment and the staff seem to cater to families and I as I left, I remember thinking if I lived in Lynden, I would ask Dr. Dickson to be my primary care physician. I don't do many reviews except for the extremely bad and the really good experiences. This was a really good one.

He is a very professional, knowledgeable and amicable, nice guy of a therapist. I came in with a very active and complex sciatica condition (a.k.a. pain in the __ss) and a host of other old spinal injuries and wear and tear issues and misalignments from an accident-prone lifestyle. Justin diagnosed me using physical manipulations and x-rays and MRI 's that I brought in, and we got right to work. I started feeling better right away and kept on improving in time to go on a long-planned trek in Iceland. Without Capstone I would likely have cancelled on this big investment trip and been poorer, sorer, and not nearly as limbered and wizened! You will like working with him and what it will do for you.

The receptionist said no problem... but this wasn't correct. Instead of a relaxing experience I was given crazy barbaric acupressure all over my neck and then sent on my way. The pressure was not appropriate for treatment during pregnancy. I was made to to sit in a very awkward unsupported position throughout treatment. There was no care for comfort or efforts to calm the nervous system whatsoever... and I received no acupuncture at all. When I told him my age he also laughed and told me it was too late for me to be having a baby... not something I need to hear at 10 weeks pregnant. I spent $60 for 20 minutes and I feel worse than I did when I arrived. It's worth mentioning that I've had extensive acupuncture in four different countries including Taiwan and Thailand, and have never had such a poor experience.
