Since I couldn't get the tablet to work, the staff answered all the questions for me & told me to sign the Compliance Form to pay them extra $25 - I didn't understand it nor knew what I was getting into - I Was Forced To Sign It. Betty at Antioch Hearing Aid Center used to take care of my grandma's hearing aid when she lived there, so I called her, and she thought she could repair it. For $3.50 (that's right -- three dollars and fifty cents), she cleaned it, changed the flexible plastic tube, and explained to me what I should expect from a 7-year-old hearing aid. She is an angel, AND affordable, AND a friendly, real human being. It's worth the gas money for a good repair and an honest person.
