The fact that I was included in on every decision that was made helped to make me feel 100% confident in my decision. The days leading up to the surgery Jenna was amazing in answering every question I had. She never made me feel like I was burdening her with my emails. She went out her way to make sure I was comfortable with the decision to have the procedure. Jenna even came up to see me after surgery to see how I was. The day of surgery I felt so relaxed which is surprising considering I was having a major surgery. The team was amazing and made sure that I knew what was going to happen and that I was okay with everything. When Dr. Shenker called later that night and asked me to describe how the experience was I said amazing cause it truly was. Lauren has been outstanding in my after care, she has explained everything and answered any questions I had. She is there if ever I need to contact her. With my previous pregnancy this literally caused me to use another UC baby location and totally inconvenience ourselves to try to Hamilton. Again, I've been calling every other day, multiple time's, for several days... with no response???? My advice is to please please spend the extra money and hire a receptionist! When I walked into the clinic, I was welcomed with the warmest smile by Selina, which of course made me feel so comfortable. What I really enjoyed about the hearing test process, was that each test was explained throughly and I felt relaxed in Selina's presence.
