Calvin did extensive hearing tests on me, spent a great deal of time during my first appointment getting to know my boyfriend and myself as people not just as a patient. He made us both so comfortable and educated us greatly. He has helped me incorporate soothing sound into my daily life and set me up with incredible tinnitus management strategies. Yesterday, I had an appointment to meet the doctor or nurse. Both of them were missing from the clinic, but the clinic was open, and the receptionist said that we were working. I don't know how they are running the clinic, but half of the time, either doctor is missing, and if you catch him for treatment, he will give you an appointment or give you unnecessarily confusing information. I cannot find a family doctor but taking him as my family doctor was the biggest mistake of my life.
