His approach to her concerns was non-intimidating which made the visit very successful for us. The comprehensive testing allowed my dad to be involved - which was extremely important since he communicates with her constantly. With this direct input, Anthony was able to accurately fit her with instruments that best met her needs. All the while, Anthony also offered educational information pertaining to the differences between hearing and understanding. Lastly, the ease of scheduling follow-ups has allowed for continued success with the instruments. Our family is grateful for the care and experience we have had through Medpark Hearing Center.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service and Rude Staff…read more My mom purchased her hearing aids from this facility about a year ago when it was still Estes, and recently when one needed repair, we brought it in hoping for prompt and professional service. After several attempts to get through and finally securing an appointment, they sent the hearing aid out for repair. We were told it would be expedited due to the delays we had already experienced. Two weeks passed with no update. Despite their promises to call with information, we heard nothing back. I had to keep following up myself. I stopped by to get a hopefully get a response and to express my frustration, and spoke with Ashtyn and Kendra at the front desk. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering an apology, they admitted they didn't return my calls, but became extremely defensive when I said the way the situation was handled seemed incompetent. Rather than addressing the poor service, they focused on how busy they were and implied that I should be more understanding of their inability to answer the phone. The lack of empathy or accountability was stunning. Ashtyn ended the conversation by telling me, "Good luck finding a hearing aid place for your mom," which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the disregard for their customers, especially seniors relying on essential devices, is unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this business.

my experience with Lorin Gregory of hearing Solutions has been the best thing I ever did to restore…read moremy hearing. Once I realized that I was losing my hearing, I had contacted various ENT specialists and was given every test known to mankind. I was told a certain brand and type were the ones I needed. However, this did not solve my hearing problems at all. It seems that there was always some type problem with the hearing aids, loose wires, just not working, therefore, having to go back to the manufacturer. And the big problem was that I was just not hearing all that well. I have to say I constantly complained even though normally I am not that type person at all. But when you pay these exorbitant prices, and still cannot hear properly, then I expect to be helped. However, nothing really changed. Unfortunately, I just became totally frustrated and had no idea what to do. So I just struggled along, still unable to hear very well, and found myself constantly repeating to others and asking them to repeat themselves. It was not only frustrating to me, but my loved ones as well. Forget going to a restaurant or grocery store. Music sounded distorted as well. Well, finally, I had enough. I began to search for someone that maybe could be more helpful so I started a study into this. I came across the name of Lorin Gregory audiologist and read about his hearing impairment and that he too wore hearing aids. So after reading more about his practice, I decided to contact him and book an appointment with him. It turned out to be the best decision I had ever made regarding my hearing. So Lorin opened a whole different world for me as I went thru hearing tests, and tested out different hearing aids. I became educated about hearing loss and was supplied with hearing aids that actually worked for me. It was like a miracle because I could actually hear again. So I was able to wear these and find out about different environments and educated about apps that would work in different areas such as outside, restaurants, music, etc. And best of all, Lorin continues to work with you after the sale, and no matter what you need, he is always available to help you. He explains everything in detail and lets you ask questions as well. He is so thorough, I was very impressed by his patience and knowledge about hearing in general. He will give you his complete attention and you are no rushed at all. You stay until you are satisified with your hearing aids. So if you are one of the those frustrated people like I was, given Lorin Gregory a call. My life has certainly been changed for the better. Thank you Lorin for giving me my life back. Vicki Mitchell
