    They can always take care of my hearing issues. The wait time is usually 5 or 10 minutes at the most. Thank you HearX

    Never again will I do business with Hear USA. They never pick up their phone, and they don't have a audiologist on site.

    The service here is very slow and that's an understatement. Hopefully this will speed up at some point.

It was 80 degrees outside at…read more835am I knocked on the door a lady looked out and went back in I knocked again she opened the and rudely said you dont need to break the door in. I said I did not I knocked. I told her it was past the appt time and my mom did not need to be standing in the heat. She said she had to clock in and do things before she opened. I said not my concern . My concern is the appt was at 830am and it was passed that time. She continued to argue I said please stop and take care of my mom. She was rude to my mom telling her she waited too long to get them adjusted. Asking why she had not been in before. My mom had her lower jaw replaced and it took 6 months to recover plus she has bone cancer she has been dealing with and this is the first chance she had to come in since getting them. She then berated my mom because the aids were not charged. My mom had them in the charger for 2 days. She then told my mom it would cost her 300 bucks for a new charger. Mind you my mom used the charger 1 time for 2 days before her appointment. She had never used it or the hearing since getting them 10 months ago due to her surgery recovery and bone cancer. The lady treated her horribly she had my mom confused and in tears . I got my mom and tried to walk her out the door and it was locked. I told her in a calm voice open this door so I can take my mom home she rudely kept saying you need to calm down I looked at her and told her I am calm and you need to open this door now before I call the police. She said you have to pay 65 bucks next time you come in since you waited so long. I looked at her and said it will be a cold day in hell before I ever bring my mother in there again and subject her to rude and disrespectful treatment from her. I would rather overpay anyone else to help my mom than e er walk through their doors again. I am 68 years old and I wanted to punch that woman in her face for the way she treated my mom. I can not tolerate that kind of behavior to my mother. She worked hard all her life and never asked for or received any help or assistance raising 4 kids on her own and giving us the best life. I will stand for anyone disrespecting her like that. If could give a negative rating that is what I would choose.

    I was referred to Andersen by my P.CP. after I had voiced concerns about my hearing. I had to call…read morethe office numerous times and days to actually talk to a live person. The recording says that due to high call volume it may take 48 hours to get a callback. I waited 2 months for my appointment once I was able to talk to a live person. It's a tiny office off of 21st Street. It was not busy when I arrived. There was one receptionist working. I filled out my paperwork and was called back within five minutes. Mr. Andersen didn't ask me any background questions or try to understand what kind of trouble I was having. He didn't do a physical exam of my ears. He just told me to step into the booth which was not soundproof. I could hear the secretary in the other room. Even after he had closed the door. He placed some very old looking headphones on me. He stepped out of the booth and instructed me to signal to him through the glass window when I heard a sound. He tested different sounds and tones at various frequencies. He then assessed my word recognition and that was the end of the test~ 5 minutes total. He came into the booth and said my hearing was in normal range. I took a brief glance at the paperwork that he held up and then he walked away. He said he would forward the results to my P.C.P. I even googled "what to expect during an audiogram" and what I experienced definitely wasn't thorough, informative, or helpful.

    I had a frenectomy with this Dr. I spoke to him prior to my surgery about my concerns he reassured…read moreme that it was an easy surgery "it was like pulling a tooth" I went ahead with the surgery and 2 weeks after my surgery my tongue was still numb I couldn't feel anything. I keep biting my tongue, I called his office to ask if maybe he might have hit a nerve because the numbing wouldn't go away and he was mad that I asked that he got very rude and said that I had waited 49 years to get this surgery when I should've gotten it as a child. So now all of a sudden it was my fault. He said he couldn't tell me how long my tongue would be numb for it could be one week or a few years I was like what?! If I would've known that I would have no sensitivity or feeling in my tongue I would've never had this surgery but he said it was as easy as pulling a tooth then he had the audacity to get mad when I had questions. He said he had told me the pros and cons before hand which he never did like I said he stated it was like pulling a tooth. Please don't get any type of surgery with this man look at all his reviews they are bad. He seems nice in the beginning but if things go south he blames the patient. He's rude and has horrible bed side manner with you if you have any concerns or complaints I would not recommend anyone going there not even my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and Please Find another Dr.. it was an awful experience for me something I've never experienced before.. if I could give no stars I would.

    I really don't understand how professionals in their field of hearing aids can order a 90 pound 4…read morefoot 8 inch elderly woman an xlarge hearing aid. Recall these are hearing technicians, not a doctor among the staff. I made and kept a hearing appointment for my IHSS recipients all the way back in March. We recieved the hearing aid in May and on our follow up appointment 2 weeks later these technicians realized the discomfort being created by a grossly oversized hearing aid. We were told that we would have the correct size hearing aid two weeks later. My recipients had me call 2 and a half weeks later to find out where the hearing aid was. I am obviously the worst person for wanting to have a tracking number because I am done hearing 2 more weeks from these professional technicians. These professionals have told this elderly woman, on her 79th birthday that they are now canceling her order lol. Because they will not work with her ihss provider. I beg all your pardons. You folks have to do a much better job. I just want you all to know that now we have to report this to medi-cal and make sure this place refunds all the monies charged by their complete lack of professionalism. These technicians, are not doctors and have a very high opinion of themselves and their repeated short comings are not to be addressed or highlighted. After 11 weeks this smells at least completely unprofessional if not fraudulent. Now that my recipients have had the pleasure of seeing and using their aids they have finally come to terms with the fact that amazon has hearing aids for 50 to 100 bucks for a set that work just as poorly as the hearing aids being offered here but never actually delivered. LOL.... can anyone explain how a plastic hearing aid can be stocked by the likes of walmart and amazon and a center called hear for life some how don't have a single unit on hand lol.... Wouldn't having the various hearing aids available during the appointments help these technicians to make the correct recommendations for their clients? I really don't understand this at all.
