I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before using this hearing…read morecenter. My experience was extremely disappointing due to poor communication, long delays, and unprofessional treatment. It took months to receive meaningful communication or follow-up, and I often felt ignored and left without answers. Staff were rude, dismissive, and did not communicate clearly or professionally. Most concerning, I was told one thing regarding services and coverage, including representations made to both my health insurance and me, only to later be told those commitments would not be honored. This left me feeling misled, frustrated, and without trust in the process. When people seek help for hearing care, they deserve honesty, timely communication, professionalism, and follow-through. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this center and would advise others to ask detailed questions and get everything in writing before proceeding.

I was anticipating a wide variety of choice for hearing aids. I was shown 1 brand and ending up…read morepurchasing an expensive pair with a solid guarantee that I could get a full refund, for up to 45 days, for any reason. After a couple of weeks, I decided they were too expensive as compared to other brands, so I returned them for the promised refund. It has been close to a month since then and they have not been able to credit back to my credit card the money that I paid out. Completely unacceptable!

I said I did not I knocked. I told her it was past the appt time and my mom did not need to be standing in the heat. She said she had to clock in and do things before she opened. I said not my concern . My concern is the appt was at 830am and it was passed that time. She continued to argue I said please stop and take care of my mom. She was rude to my mom telling her she waited too long to get them adjusted. Asking why she had not been in before. My mom had her lower jaw replaced and it took 6 months to recover plus she has bone cancer she has been dealing with and this is the first chance she had to come in since getting them. She then berated my mom because the aids were not charged. My mom had them in the charger for 2 days. She then told my mom it would cost her 300 bucks for a new charger. Mind you my mom used the charger 1 time for 2 days before her appointment. She had never used it or the hearing since getting them 10 months ago due to her surgery recovery and bone cancer. The lady treated her horribly she had my mom confused and in tears . I got my mom and tried to walk her out the door and it was locked. I told her in a calm voice open this door so I can take my mom home she rudely kept saying you need to calm down I looked at her and told her I am calm and you need to open this door now before I call the police. She said you have to pay 65 bucks next time you come in since you waited so long. I looked at her and said it will be a cold day in hell before I ever bring my mother in there again and subject her to rude and disrespectful treatment from her. I would rather overpay anyone else to help my mom than e er walk through their doors again. I am 68 years old and I wanted to punch that woman in her face for the way she treated my mom. I can not tolerate that kind of behavior to my mother. She worked hard all her life and never asked for or received any help or assistance raising 4 kids on her own and giving us the best life. I will stand for anyone disrespecting her like that. If could give a negative rating that is what I would choose.
