    Made an appointment online using THEIR website which allows for appointments as early as 9AM,…read more Arrived for the appointment and was told that "they do not do 9AM appointments." The receptionist looked up our appointment and, sure enough, it was registered on their computer.. So, we made a new appointment for 10AM, two days later, and took the paperwork so we could fill it all out at home. At home, we call Hear USA to share the ridiculous scheduling snafu and the person who answers the phone states that she IS a customer service rep when we ask for one. When she is told about the scheduling issue between the website and the actual office, she develops a real attitude and snaps that there is not a capability for appointments to made online-even though we had already done so. She told us we were on the wrong website-hmmm, we got the phone number (that reached HER) from the website, Hearusa.com, which IS their site, their logo, their addresses. Remember, this is the site on which we made an appointment that registered and was logged into their computer when we went for the original appointment. We tell her to look at the site (while we also pulled up the site from home) and she snaps that she does not see a tab for appointments. Meanwhile, we are looking at the booking tab, click on it, see the appointment calendar and the ability to make 9AM appointments. We cut the chat with Miss Attitude short and she said she would escalate us to customer service. Hmm, she just said she WAS customer service. Then she hung up on us. We show up for the 10AM appointment and are told. "Oh it will be just a couple minutes.": This was fine as we arrived early. Keep in mind that this was the FIRST appointment of the day. At 10:09 (22 minutes after being told it would be a couple of minutes) we finally left. The audiologist was not even in the office yet even though we had a 10AM appointment-the first appointment of the day. They will not have an opportunity for another strike. Awful organization with astoundingly awful customer service and business practices.
