What a sh*t show with customer service. My order was delivered to the wrong address.
I was at home when I received an email update about my order being delivered except when i went to the front door, nothing was there. I immediately contacted customer service and this is there things went downhill.
I was asked to consult with other members of my household if they had taken the parcel. I live with my husband who was next to me when I received the delivery confirmation email, so he didn't take the parcel.
Then I was asked to wait 24-48 hours for them to find out more information from Purolator. No one got back to me.
Once I emailed asking for an update, I was once again asked to consult with other members of my household if they have the parcel hidden from me. Um, this request was two days after the delivery. If I did have more than just my husband living me, don't they think that I would have already asked everyone? Plus, why did I have to email back to customer service when I was told they would contact me once they have an answer from Purolator?
Customer service sent me a photo of the parcel at a front door. They told me this was proof it was delievered. That's cool but the door in the photo is not mine. Once again I was asked to play the Gestapo and find out answers to who might have this parcel. Why is this so hard for the Healthy Planet to provide a loyal customer with service that isn't a runaround? I was asked again to wait until they find out more from Purolator? Seriously? Do you think Purolator gives a sh*t where my box of vitamins ended up? NO. So I waited to hear back from the customer service at the Healthy Planet.
So here I am one week after the above happened and yet again I had to initiate contact with customer service. You know what? I had to again look at photos of places that aren't my house and run through the question of 'maybe you should ask your neighbours if they have the parcel'. WTF? Then I get, 'it would be faster to check to see if someone has your order than I would be to wait for us to resend the order'. UM, ok. I have a JOB and don't have the time to wander about my neighbourhood asking if anyone has seen my cheap-ass vitamin order from the Healthy Planet.
Of course, the customer service rep offered to resend but failed to actually commit to placing the order until I check the photos from Purolator, run around to the neighbours (who I am 100% certain would have dropped off the parcel on their own accord) and wait more time until he does whatever other nonsense the Healthy Planet customer service handbook dictates. It appears their specialty is making the customers so frustrated that they eventually give and shop elsewhere.
