Fedelis deserves more than 3 stars (an average rating, as other companies my have tried to deny the MRI initially, but not 5 stars, as that is reserved for doing the right thing (approval) from the beginning. Therefore, in fairness to Fedelis, I am compelled to give them a 4-star rating because of their speed and concern after their care team contacted me and because they ultimately did the right thing and granted MRI approval.

At this point, every time I need to book any type of appointment, I lose hours trying to verify coverage because the directories and information provided are inaccurate or outdated. I am paying nearly $900/month for this insurance, yet I have spent an unbelievable amount of time trying to access basic care. The administrative burden has honestly become absurd.
