She is put out if you don't understand her explanation or request of something, she is rude if you don't go to the proper office. I get she might be busy, but having to have a colonoscopy is not a pleasant thought, and having to deal with her attitude makes things 10 times worse.

I received a call from them the same day my doctor wrote the script, and they got me in the very next day. It's a beautiful building just to the east of Lowe's and was easy to find, just behind Mamaveca's. The atmosphere is casual but polished. Everything is clean. Everything. The bathroom was spotless, and the area where you can make coffee/tea and get water was also spotless. (No water stains!) Tip: Wear exercise clothes! I have Cate as my physical therapist. She is magical. My particular injuries are very difficult and flare up randomly--sometimes in the middle of her treating me. She is a lot more patient than I am! Every time I come in there's usually something different one of the three injuries I have is doing--and every time she customizes my PT to accommodate for that day's ailment. The tech's who stay with you while you complete your stretches etc. are really, really nice. They always are funny and make the best conversations. (Especially if you love sports.) I've been going to PTC for over 3 months now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They've helped me heal much faster than I ever thought possible. I'd highly recommend them.
