I had some time constraints getting started and they worked with me on that. They took X-rays - I was truly surprised at how crooked my spine was. They set up a treatment plan just for me. The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. Ramsey will help you understand the pre-adjustment routine which I am most impressed with. She will "hold your hand" through the whole process. She's awesome. Then either Dr. DeLong or Dr. Ropp will work your adjustment. They prepared a personalize at-home exercise plan for me. They also have an app that includes exercise videos and so much more. I came in with lower back pain and sciatica. My treatment plan was implemented in 3 phases. I am at the end of phase three and I can honestly say MY PAIN IS GONE! I still do my at-home exercises and will for the rest of my life. I have come to learn how important your spine is for your overall health. Thank you DeLong Family Chiropractics!
