I didn't have pain the next day, I'll admit, and maybe I'm weird b/c I kind of prefer the traditional chiropractic experience but the biggest issue was the smell. He's brilliant, a true nerd about his craft, and just the most hilarious, charismatic, and thoughtful person. His practice even has a relaxing resting room you can use before and after your adjustments to mentally prepare for the amazing experience you're about to have. In 2022, I was diagnosed with relapse-remitting multiple sclerosis, and I was struggling with chronic pain, cramping, numbness, brain fog, and fatigue. I also have TMJ. I'd tried everything--medicine, acupuncture--but nothing was truly effective until I started seeing Dr. Kris. Since then, about 95% of my symptoms have been relieved. I'm so incredibly grateful for his care. This is by far the most effective way I've found to manage my MS symptoms. I will be a patient for life! I'd like to add that I just read his 1/2 star reviews and that's simply not true. The experience of having a chiropractor is that it takes time to see results and Dr. Kris explains this.
