I say about five minutes later Dr. Schoenbeck comes in we talk for a little bit and I then I am released to pay, I'm out of pocket, and get to the front dest at 10:35. The amount I am told to pay is for a 45 minute session, which to me is crazy because I wasn't even with the doctor 30 minutes. I explained the time I was called and the Doctor insisted I pay for a 45 minute appointment. I did not speak to the doctor face to face. Doctor was communicating with receptionist via email. I told the lady I will pay the amount the Doctor is asking for, but I will never come back here again. To charge me for a 45minute appointment when I was only there for maybe 27 minutes is wrong.
