THIS REVIEW IS FOR FRONT DESK ONLY - I will update when we see Dr. Reincke. But as the front desk…read moreis an extension of the business for the Dr, I feel this is pertinent to post. We recently moved to the area and are looking for a new family Dr. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my husband, got a Tonya/Tawnya (do not know the correct spelling of her name) in reception on the line. I was asked to be placed on hold and kindly replied I would wait. Once she came back, I stated first we would be new patients and asked to confirm if Dr. Reincke was accepting new patients, as I saw online that she was. She confirmed in fact she is, and proudly let me know that Dr. Reincke isn't seeing new patients until mid-December. And I replied this was more of an urgent matter and that I saw online she was accepting new patients within 2-3 days and in some cases same-day appointments if there were an urgent matter. She then presumed to tell me they cannot control what is online, that Dr. Reincke is listed as a psychiatrist, an ENT, and something else; and they can't take everything down. I did not see any of that, because, I am literally on McLaren.org. And I said, "Mam, this is literally on *your* site." She then got huffy and puffy and asked what our insurance is, so I told her. She put me on hold and came back and said, "We don't take your insurance." So then I said, "Sometimes it is listed as this name, and maybe that will help in your search, because, online it says you take our insurance." (Literally YOUR Dr's profile online with McLaren.org physicians directory - with up to date insurances some of them saying effective 8/1/21) She then presumes to tell me, "We don't search for insurances, we look at a list." UMMM - Mam. Searching. Looking. Reading. You are searching for a name right? You're scanning? You're reading? ANYWAY, her pompous attitude and gatekeeper mentality of making it incredibly difficult to even schedule an appointment, let alone not even willing to "read" (search) again off her list of insurances that it might be under, truly made me not want to be a part of this clinic anyway as new patients (due to her attitude) - I said we would go elsewhere and we hung up. I was so perplexed by the complete opposite being said on the phone to what I am reading online (again) on their OFFICE website/Dr. profile from McLaren.org. So I clicked on availability (should have from the get-go) but I do recognize that scheduling (and insurance) can be more up to date when you speak to reception, that is why I called, and also wanted to provide all necessary information as my husband is a new patient. With a few clicks, we are scheduled early next week. Within 2-3 business days for new patients. Scrolled down and selected our insurance. And just like that, not waiting until mid-December. I am posting this review in hopes someone can take a look at their training protocols for the front desk receptions of these clinics! Tonya, this is not YOUR business, but you are the front face of this Dr's clinic. And you are hurting your boss's business by conducting it the way you just did. If this wasn't such an urgent matter, and needing close proximity for our new Dr, and my competent mind to just complete scheduling myself, she would have lost two new patients. I will likely go to this Dr if my husband reports back she is great. She has 23 years of experience and great reviews - so that matters to us. But this front of staff incompetence needs to be handled... re-directed, trained properly, have them read your company website and become versed in the details. Also, a better bedside manner in terms of politeness, kindness, and compassion when speaking to patients of any kind - new or old.

They make going to the doctor's office an enjoyable experience!…read more After a recent hospital stay, followed by a diagnosis of lupus, follow up doctors' visits have been a must. From the first moment stepping in, our family was greeted with uplifting attitudes and smiles. Everything in the office was clean and up to date. The staff is very efficient in getting things done as soon as they walk in the door. We were seen quickly and waiting times have never been an issue. Dr. Fadl and his staff have done a phenomenal job relieving all of the overwhelming feelings of all new incoming information, while also providing concise information about the diagnosis and treatments. They explain things in a way that is able to be understood. In the event there is any confusion, Dr. Fadl and his team make it a goal to give a new explanation without confusion. Theresa, his nurse practitioner is a great addition to have in the office during visits. She radiates a positive energy the moment she walks into the exam room. She has a way of connecting with children of all ages and their parents in order to lighten the mood in the room and get rid of that dreary feeling of being at the doctor's. She often includes anecdotes or little jokes along the way to see a smile across the patient's face. Overall, Dr. Fadl and his team at Bright Future Pediatrics are at the top of the game in pediatric care. They have turned going to the doctor's office into an experience that is almost enjoyable, rather than being dreaded. Our family has never had a bad experience here and would recommend Dr. Fadl to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

When our previous pediatrician moved out of the country, we were immediately sent over to Dr Howidi…read morebecause of the medical fragility of our daughter. Although we understand the reasons why our doctor moved away and then left us having to build a new relationship with Dr Howidi. It's something that isn't always welcome in a life that is busy with a child who has high medical needs. We transferred both our daughters over. The transition was easy. We had an appointment, booked to initially meet and go over the needs in our family with both kids. Dr Howidi is very friendly, very calm, listens well, and is very warm. We found his staff to be very thorough, quick and very friendly. It was recommended to meet in three more months to follow up and check in again. We had some bumps along the road with some medical issues arising, and Dr Howidi was very thorough before making recommendations. Of course he had to learn, go over the history and make a decision before he can make a recommendation. I appreciated his processes. As time has passed, and new diagnosis has become known about our daughter. He has been wonderful with making referrals on his own or ones I come to him requesting for. Dr Howidi isn't someone that we consult for answers we work together as a team. A month ago through networking and investing time on my own I have come across a different specialty we haven't consulted with an outstanding issue we are having. I requested him to send us to an infectious disease specialist, and he wasn't sure. He wasn't convinced. But he did it anyways at my request. That's a team. Dr Howidi is far from a doctor who is inflexible. He understands that parents know their kids best. He may not have said this but making the referral to the infectious disease specialist showed me that. He trusts my research, experience, history, and time together with my daughter, to know that making that referral when he didn't quite agree Was still worth that effort. This week my neurotypical daughter struggled very difficulty with a relentless unknown terrible virus. We did not have any booked appointments with him, but seen him twice in a walk-in clinic type setting at the very beginning of the day. Urgent and acute illnesses within a child can be seen in his office with no appointment. We were dealt with very swiftly and very thoroughly. I really can't thank him enough for all that he has, and continues to do for our children and our community. What's his office busy? Of course! Was it bursting at the seams with children and parents coming in for booked appointments and also acutely sick children for a walk in? Of course! It's obvious that we need more pediatricians in the area. This is not a fault of Dr Howidi or his staff. We are thankful, grateful and appreciative of Dr Howidi and his staff.
