I'd been balancing a few health issues and figured that an appointment with Jess wouldn't hurt - if only to wipe the slate clean and figure a few things out. I've seen her twice now, and I will stress this is an ongoing process, but already in the 2 months I'm seeing and feeling noticeable differences. Perhaps it is the extra guidance and accountability, but I'm certainly more aware to how food makes me feel. Her guidance on eliminating certain foods to test their candidacy as "triggers" has made the process less daunting and her advice has been invaluable. These types of things do tend to be completely personal and while Jessica's style and personality may work for me, it may not be for everyone. But if you're seeking a genuinely warm, caring and knowledgeable nutritionist that also understands that sometimes you're on the run all day and best laid plans turn to crap, and offers realistic guidelines and nutritional plans, then Jessica might just be who you're looking for.

Andrew is the Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Doctor with the clinic and is the person I come to see here. I have been seeing Andrew for about 2 years and he is wonderful. He has helped me so much with headaches, migraines and digestion issues. He does not 'hard sell' but will recommend a program for you with acupuncture, massage and herb treatments. It has only been a week since I have seen him but have had no headaches and my digestion is much improved. Andrew is also a fertility specialist helping people if are having trouble conceiving. He has told me that he has a really high success rate. The prices are a little higher than what I have paid for in the past but I have no issue with that if the person treating me is good and can cure - or at least help me - with issues. I absolutely highly recommend Andrew and his services. His services are in high demand and an appointment is necessary. It looses one star as I do not think the receptionists are on their game. I have been there on occasions where they have forgotten to charge me for things or charged me incorrectly and have had to ring me to pay over the phone.

Sarah is warm, caring and considerate - everything you want in a practitioner helping you and guiding you to wellness. Although she is only in the clinic on set days each week (Thursday and Friday from memory), making an appointment was easy and I found it best to pre-book at the end of each appointment. Her insight into Chinese medicine was fascinating and I walked away from each appointment having learned something new. I would whole heartedly suggest an appointment with Sarah if you're considering acupuncture and want to feel like more than just a "patient." I also believe she does massage.
