Maria was amazing. There was zero judgment, zero pressure to buy anything, and she genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. They had about 4 different brands of oil, in varying prices, I decided on a New Roots one at $31 for one of the larger bottles. I browsed around the store a bit more. A different woman asked if I needed any help, I said no, she seemed a bit nicer. There was a great selection of teas, some for specific purposes like PMS, Thyroid, stress support. They also had a whole isle of supplement bars. I found a smoothie mix in the Greens + brand that I hadn't seen before, so I thought I would try it. This place has a great variety of supplements and whole foods. Their prices seem pretty standard. I would recommend this store for any vitamin and supplement needs you might have!

Good: -I love the small shop feel of this place, and how many amazing things are tucked in to the shop. Bonus points for stocking Sharon's coconut milk iced "cream" in Dutch Chocolate (a.k.a. the best thing ever/the hardest thing to find). -They grow a lot of their own produce, and focus on local sourced products, which rocks. Not as good: -The deli case wasn't "manned", and it took me a while to chase someone down who could help me. The cashier looked a little bit alarmed when I asked her to cut me some prosciutto. We moved past the awkwardness, but I wish it had been easier to get the service I needed. -It's muy pricey, even edging out competitors I'm familiar with. The local + quality + price balance is reasonable, but checking out with a few items at $60 makes it clear to me that I couldn't afford to buy all, or even most, of my organic items here. Overall, a great place to stop in, check out, and enjoy the best of what local and organic have to offer.

There was also a selection of books, mainly on herbs, others inspirational. There were a few display cases of jewellery and one of amore makeup. They carry quite a selection of stones and crystals. The man thanked me for coming in and said goodbye. They are also a clinic that does iridology, traditional Chinese medicine, herbology, homeopathy, as well as other alternative treatments. I was pleased with the friendly service at Nurture, I got the feeling that they are very knowledgeable here and willing to help. It might be a good place to check out for any "natural healing".

Overall this is by far one of the best drug stores I have been too. They are quite large, carrying all your daily necessities. They have a great stock of vitamins, everything under the sun and great brands too. My favorite is Sisu products. They carry supplements that other stores don't, mostly ones that are naturopathic. Such as L-theanine, for sleep aid and anxiety. They also have a lot of homeopathic remedies. The pharmacy is well stocked and if they don't have what you are looking for in, they will order it no problem! I had no trouble getting help to find the things I was looking for. There is also a decent stock of whole foods, such as sailba products. There seems to be a lot of staff ready and waiting to help you. The customer service here deserves a gold star! I highly recommend going to Cambrian for any homeopathic supplies, vitamins and supplements.
