At the…read moretime when I booked my retreat, I was dealing with many limiting beliefs, a challenging romantic relationship and a lack of clarity with my career. I was stressed and lacked tools to properly navigate through this period of my life. Upon arrival in Arizona, I was greeted with a beautiful sunset in the mountains. A great contrast from the concrete jungle of New York City. The next morning, my first planned event was a very necessary full-body massage to release physical tension I was holding onto. Over the 3.5 days Kelly and I spent a lot of time in nature going hiking, watching the sun rise in the morning and star gazing at night, to align with the higher frequency of Earth. There wasn't just one thing or one moment that shifted my energy but a string of thought-provoking conversations, homework assignments, kundalini yoga, cacao and more. Kelly taught me how to protect and clear my aura, self-love mediations, how to live in a state of being and the importance of giving myself permission. Kelly helped me see who I AM already, not someone that I wish to become, but the Amazing Queen I AM. I also learned about my Gene Keys Profile and Human Design Report. I had never heard of these reports before. The information provided a deeper understanding of who I AM already. Instead of wanting to change my behaviors and become someone different, I know now that it's actually easier to Know Thy Self and work with what I have. I am more aware of my inner workings and I am no longer shaming myself about them. It's now my practice to acknowledge what is happening inside of me and allow the moments of insecurity and worry to pass. These moments do not make me weak. Kelly gave me several tools that I have found very useful back home. The one I use most is for grounding. Before I was pretty impulsive but now, I Am grounded into the Earth and don't feel the urge to act or respond until I am truly ready. Now I see, issues fade away. Showing me that most issues will handle themselves in due time. This has also helped my relationship. The house in Arizona was amazing. Comfortable rooms, yoga studio, hot tub, and a big kitchen. Every day we ate fresh, high vibrational, vegan meals made mostly by Kelly. On my final night, we had a special 8-course dinner with Chef Ryan. The food was amazing and very fitting for a grand finale. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to have had a private moment with Kelly Keefe. The 3.5 days in Arizona were focused on reminding me of who I Am and then offering guidance on how to re-align with my higher self anytime that I wish to. I had the most incredible experience here and probably one of the best services I have ever received in my life, surely #1 for my soul. I feel truly grateful and thankful for meeting Saba and lucky to have met her when I did. She is a gifted healer with a pure heart and a beautiful soul who I 100% trust for Reiki (super important who you go to!) as well as each and every service she provides - not only is the LED super healing, but the Biofeedback itself blew my mind, not only can I attest to how accurate the report is (have no idea how it knew what it did!) and nothing simple, it is a thorough ~17 page report (maybe a few more pages even, depends on you/your wellness) which they very conveniently send to your email straight away and is beautifully pictured and easy to understand (not just like vitals at a DR. office where things are just listed and seem overwhelming and a mountain of research, although this is not to discredit going to your doctors' appointments all, not substituting/endorsing anything like that, they are totally differentiated in my mind so, please go for sure!! I just wanted to set the imagery of the report) But, in any case, that Biofeedback report was so insightful (I didn't even know how it knew the things it did and it's not just typical things you expect but literally so many lifestyle things, like sleep, for example (yes, 3-4 hours a night is bad I know; but it will call you out on it, the report flags all these issues, flags what's more severe than X thing and Y thing; through clear indicator bars so you ='re not sitting there confused, and with recommendations included, it was like magic and provided invaluable information, and more than that its topped with Saba's guidance and advice as she reviews your results before healing - she cares from the bottom of her heart and she wants to help you like you're one of her own (daughter, best friend, family, childhood fried, anything). I could just feel it. After she walks through the results with you (providing even more support and advice which I had to write down notes on after because they were so good!) She will then use these results along with her own powerful healing and intuitive abilities to begin your Reiki session. Which was nothing short than amazing; nothing like something I've experienced; I know from the bottom of my heart something changed. It's like a new engine that jumpstarted in a way, I can not even describe it; but I know this is the first step to something very very good. (Like they say Rome wasn't built in a day, you own't be a whole new identity the next day but you will *not* be the same, and everyday you are going to transform through the guidance given, advice, biofeedback recommendations; keeping in mind certain things. I am honestly returning because I want to give myself this chance and I have great faith and, you know, sometimes things change faster than you think . And that move might be the one.
