After the first few sessions I noticed that I was experiencing that less and less, to the point now where I rarely have that pain. Whereas previously it was an almost daily occurence. Stress and physical work was definitely a trigger for the pain before, but now the neck pain doesn't always accompany those triggers like it did for me before. The chronic neck issues would give me tension headaches as well, so those have dissipated too. Energetically I am very sensitive and felt a sense of overall more balance between the planes of my body after sessions. Anyway - long story short I took the class. I have lost almost 85 lbs and am off all of my medication. I have been using her methods of healing to cure a growing nodule in my lung. At the 6 month follow up scan the long nodule appears to have stopped growing. My only plan at this point is continuing to work with Jessica and have another scan in 6 months. I was in a rollover car accident just two weeks ago. The hour I spent at PRHAM yesterday propelled my healing to the next level. I arrived too late to get an accugraph - my fault - had the best sweat in the sauna since a costa rican sweat lodge, had my session with Jessica and ended up crying too much to let Tai Rae do a massage. I think I left 20lbs of toxins on the floors and in the air. I sent her an email when I got home telling her she might want to smudge. ;) I was so exhausted when I got home but I felt so much lighter and in much less pain. I had the best sleep since the accident and the pain came back much later in the morning instead of being a constant presence. I guess its kind of obvious I have a LOT of gratitude for PRAHM.
