Developed a pinched nerve that just wouldn't go away. Dr. Kennedy worked it out for me. It was a relief to get a good nights sleep again.

I called the office about a new patient consult and the lady that answered sounded like she was in the I-10 tunnel. So I said I'd call back. The next time, it was better but still hard to understand the lady because she also had an accent. I listen to audiobooks non-stop, more have accents than not, but combining a poor connection of a cell phone with a thick accent is counterproductive for making a connection with a company you are on the fence about and the getting answers you need. Now I have to call more places. The lady told me the new patient appt was $150? $160? I can't even say for sure and she said it twice! Very frustrating. read more
