They are very accurate and know what they are doing. Customer service is ok, they are nice enough but sometimes I think they've had enough by how they talk to people. At some point the person that is on hold is important too. I've been in a position where I had to wait on clients in line and on the phone before but I can tell you I have never left someone on hold for that long! I ended up Hanoi and calling back only to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. I love how I am treated here and the type of care they provide is the best I have had! I get my ankles and back taken care of here and now my knee so I should know the quality of care they give.
