History
Established in 2007.
I began my medical journey headed toward traditional medical school, but along the way I realized I wanted to treat root causes rather than cover symptoms with medications. I fell in love with the simple complexity of Chinese medicine and the precision of acupuncture — how such gentle, targeted work can reset whole systems and bring real, lasting improvement. I then trained in functional medicine to pair those modalities with modern testing, nutrition, and individualized protocols. Today my approach blends ancient wisdom and modern science to find the underlying drivers of illness and create compassionate, personalized plans that restore health and resilience. Proudly serving Daphne, Fairhope, Foley, Spanish Fort, and the greater Eastern Shore of Alabama.
