Steve was, on paper, the ideal person to help me and I can testify that he's every bit as great at what he does as I could have hoped. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve because he is patient and empathetic and everything that you could want in someone to talk to about problems; he also has a no-nonsense approach and is able to get to the core of matters, filtering the important from the less-so. He helps guide people to finding their own solutions to challenges, carefully offering just the right amount of support that, in future, they can feel more confident about finding their own solutions but providing more help and guidance when needed. He also knows business very well which, as a working professional and business owner, was of great benefit. My journey with Steve lasted around 1 year. My aim from the start was to achieve balance in my life while looking after two young children, run a business that I was losing interest in, keep my relationship alive and battle my mental health challenges. Somehow, Steve gave me the tools, insight and challenges that I needed to help me achieve my goals and to help protect against similar struggles in the future. This is no small feat considering that, when we first started, despite knowing that I needed help, I was pretty closed to change. I am so very grateful to him and can't recommend his services enough.

We went only for a few sessions for a short time and stopped. I guess it wasn't too much of an impact. We found Restoration Counseling and we each read up on all the counselors available. We picked our Top 3 and both had Micah in common. I'm soooo glad and thankful God puts people like Micah in place to help people like us have a healthier, more stable and Christ like marriage. We're only 2 sessions in but Micah has given us more practical advice and understanding than we've had from anybody since we've gotten married. Not to mention you can tell he is a genuine person. Easy to talk to and a good listener. Just wanted to HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICAH to any married couples looking for counsel.

The counselor was uncaring and only took my basic information instead of helping me through the crisis and at the very least giving me some resources of places that would be willing to help me. I spent $100, as I considered it to be an ER type visit. The counselor quickly ended our session, pushing me into the lobby when I was still sobbing uncontrollably. It was humiliating to be pushed into the small lobby with that level of emotion in front of 2 men and a child, with a woman who came in as well. Even the receptionist did not offer my to use their bathroom to wash up or Kleenex. All they wanted was to be paid and me out of there. This is absolutely the last place I would send anyone to. If you want help, resources, connection don't waste your time and/or money. This place does not even worthy of 1 star. 2/8/2020 You were correct about one thing, I did not get charged $100...I got charged for $200 and it shows on the bottom that I used a debit or credit card. Nice way to outright lie about your counseling group. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. People in need of proper counseling beware.
