Dr. Kleiner was so wonderful to me and my pets including the stray cats I'd sheltered and kept in houses on my porch. When I returned to New York for a few months, I borrowed a friend's home for Dr. Kleiner to give my dog the necessary vaccines that the Vet in Florida neglected to administer. She is still my go-to vet for everything that is important and she never hesitates to respond. She goes so far as to keep me updated on what my pets are due for. Sadly, I've yet to find a suitable Vet here in Florida. Although, Dr. Kleiner is irreplacable.

Dr Dale Krier was extremely accommodating, compassionate and respectful during this stressful time…read more She gave my 15.5 year old best friend the dignity that she deserved on her final day. Her wisdom and forethought went above and beyond my expectations, and believe me, I had rehearsed this terrible day many times in my head. My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups. When I picked up my dogs remains, they where surrounded by meditation gardens and considering the circumstances (pandemic restrictions) I couldn't have asked for anything more comforting and reassuring that my dog was truly loved and that I had made the right decision. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Kathy Bremer at XTerra Dalmatians

We researched and found Lap of Love, and we are so grateful. We called and spoke to Kayla Johnson, veterinary care coordinator. She was so empathetic, kind, and caring. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. She coordinated for Dr. Connie to visit our come to help our sweet Lyla girl "cross the rainbow bridge." It was one of the worst days of my life and some of the worst grief I've ever experienced. Dr. Connie was so thoughtful, empathetic, sweet, and caring. She shaved a small piece of fur for us (which I requested), and was so thoughtful in getting a spot with all of our girl's colors while also being respectful to Lyla. She took the most beautiful paw print in clay that we will cherish forever. We chose to have a private cremation for Lyla and we picked up the ashes from our vet in a beautiful engraved wooden box. From the first phone call we made to lap of love, to the very end of recieving the ashes, the communication has been very thorough, empathetic, helpful, and warm. Thank you Lap of Love. Thank you Kayla. Thank you so much Dr Connie, we will never forget your kindness and care.

I love my vet in Sone Cottage but recently it's hard to get an appointment with him, so I decided to try another vet. First lets sit down, talk about my dogs history and being a new patient let me get a feel about you as a doctor. This man came out of the building asking two or three questions in the parking lot, when I didn't want to give him the dog, he asked me to get leave. What kind of doctor does that? I traveled 25 min just to get there, I would never give him my dog not knowing what he's going to do! With the previous establishment, Canine Kindergarden, my dog never ONCE got hurt, and we have been loyal customers for years. Dogtopia: 10 hours of crate time is too much. If a dog gets hurt in a sensitive area, please treat the wound. Do not take more dogs than you can handle. My dog is part of my family, and if my son came home with an untreated wound on his nose, that would later scar and look like this, I think any parent would be unhappy. I am sad that my dog has this scar. Good luck Dogtopia, I sympathize towards a new establishment, and do not want to butcher you with this review, however I feel the need to voice my concerns and my dog will not be returning. My dog was just diagnosed with two cornea ulcers, and a wound on her paw. Along with the wound on her nose. Screw being sympathetic- my dog gets hurt and I have to pay for these medical bills. Never. Returning. Hi Amy, You and I both know that the vet did not say it was due to her allergies. They were cornea ulcers; lacerations on her eye. Not from "allergies". Google it. Say what you want but we know the truth-- IF YOUR DOG GETS HURT HERE, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR ANYTHING! You will be forced to pay all the medical bills alone. Terrible customer service, terrible workers, they DONT care about the saftey of your dogs, only about the MONEY THEY MAKE!! Customer beware. Your dog will be a little to happy to see you at pickup.
