They didn't ask how firm you would like the massage but that's okay because mine was the perfect amount of pressure. They even included a head massage which was new to me and felt amazing. Great massage at an *incredible* price. What extraordinary value!!!…read more Only glitch was at the beginning. There was no one there who spoke English, and there was a lot of confusion about my online booking. It ended up being no big deal, but it wasn't the best way to start off a relaxation exercise. Went to a retreat spondored by Bom Dia and was very disappointed. The massages were the only…read moredecent part of this experience. The retreat was poorly organized and executed. When my concerns were brought up to the organizer, Adriana, I was met with a blank stare. Tried to follow up with her and she was not empathic and said I must have misunderstood what was being offered. The accommodations were not properly vetted (she had never been to the site beforethis retreat), were unhygienic (filthy every where from bathroom to common areas) did not have hiking trails or safe outdoor areas as advertised. The food was not what I was expecting at a "wellness" retreat, especially as I mentioned my friend was a vegetarian and does not eat cheese... .one meal was a charcuterie board and bag of lettuce. There was no one actually in charge of organizing meals, for breakfast someone put out the makings of smoothies, which we later learned we were to make and clean up our own smoothies or you could have prepackaged tasteless hardboiled eggs (absolutely disgusting) Aside from the accommodations and food. The "life-coaching" was sitting for hours while Tom wrote illegibly on a white board, which was not my idea of relaxing or wellness, as I attend meetings for work regularly and do not want to relive it on my weekends. Breakout sessions and discussion groups might have been better. The yoga was minimal, and I dont believe it was with a certified instructor, as she offered no modification, and there were several people with no yoga experience who needed instruction and got none. This was a waste of money and time.

First, the therapists are very skilled, knowledgeable and professional. I can't even add up all the times they worked on my aches and pains (e.g. stressed shoulders, joints, plantar f., scars from surgery). Also, I absolutely love the tables they use -- the therapist can work more efficiently and I can get my desired level of firmness because the therapist has more leverage. I've never had trouble with the front desk like others mention -- yes, sometimes stuff happens and rescheduling is necessary but they've worked hard to meet my scheduling needs. My friends and I compare our Nani experiences and results -- we've all been VERY happy with Nani.

She left the room multiple times to text and talk on the phone to who I'm guessing was her next client, the last twenty minutes of the massage she was on her phone with her 2:50pm appointment. When she came back to the room she rushed the last ten minutes of my massage and then rushed around to get ready for her next client. Told me my time was up and then left the curtain open while I changed into my clothes. I paid for my session and gave her a small tip because I have class but a younger me would have stiffed her. Not coming back unless Annie returns.
