I found Cathy though a recommendation of my reiki practitioner Alyssa last year, and have seen her for classes, and 1:1 sessions. What makes Cathy unique: She really helps you to connect with yourself, your own body, and your own experiences. I found working with her to be an internal exploration, and very grounding. I also appreciate how incredibly warm and gentle her presence is, and how she creates a safe container for me to explore parts of myself that I never have dared to acknowledge. I was so impressed with Cathy, that I decided learn reiki under her as well. If you're considering getting energy work done, or are going through a difficult time and can't quite crack what's blocking you, Cathy is the person to connect with. After working with Cathy, I feel more connected to my purpose, more comfortable in my own body, and more full.

The first thing I am told is they are moving to Shelton which is not particularly convenient for me. Then I spoke with Joe about services and that's when I began to wonder what I was in for. I imagine he knows what he's doing but he is also a salesman and I got the feeling that as a cash patient I might be in for it. He told me it could take 20 sessions and at $150 a pop that's $3000. in this economy I can't do it. so I paid $312.50 for a package (only half down) for five visits. I am a senior citizen with limited means and feel a bit scammed. They should have told me up front they were moving when I called. it has been 12 hours and my symptoms are back. My sense of well being is low but I am stuck. I am not sure I can go back but can't afford to write off $162. My other acupuncture experience was much longer lasting and while I had issues with the provider I never felt hustled. The effect of her treatment for my knee pain is still working. My battlefield treatment not so much. I am not willing to settle and will continue to look for a provider that fits me better. Otherwise they seem like nice people but with strings attached.
