The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and checked me in without any issues. My visit with Dr. Tiwari couldn't have gone any better. He assessed my skin tags and provided the best treatment for me that would minimize any scarring. Also, without even asking, he spotted an irregular mole that was concerning to him. He provided me with options and what the best course of action would be. Talk about an amazing, proactive doctor! On top of that, Dr. Tiwari is very nice and personable. When she first meets you she talks you through everything. She tells you how the laser works, what it will feel like, what you'll see in the weeks to come, etc. She has a great "bed side manner" and she seems to never be running behind schedule. If you're doing the laser hair removal you'll need to go back every 6 weeks for at least 6 treatments. The laser works best on dark hair and the area needs to be shaved prior to each treatment. The pain is not too bad, kinda feels like getting popped with a hot rubber band and it's really quick. I very rarely wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and once I'm back in an exam room I'm in and out in another 5 minutes. The staff here is great and when I complete my treatment I'll provide an update!

However, I was still nervous because the hair down there is thicker and more concentrated, BUT Stephanie was wonderful! She walked me through every step of the process, so I could prepare myself.
