They asked multiple times if the pressure was okay. Then toward the end, He used hot stones to smooth out the final knots and some of the soreness. I walked in limping and left feeling like I was a new man. My missus even had a smile on her face and didn't have hardly any pain left. Now first timers should expect some pain left over after a good massage because it stimulates the muscles and pulls them open to get rid of the knots.
