I asked how much that would be because I wanted to pay that. I had to reschedule appointments 2 months from now because of his "new policy" and he was unhappy about that so he "banned me" from using his services. I have been a consistent customer but he is extremely rigid and does not know how to run a business so I would not recommend using him. I have always paid on time and you never told me you had an issue with me adjusting appointments in the future. You told me as you were banning me that you had a problem with that. If you told me adjusting my appointments 1-2 months out was an issue, I would not do it. You did not communicate that in your "policy." You have no agreement I signed to go over your policy and you accept payment in cash and I always pay early. First you said I can only do two sessions per month after you've always allowed four. After you changed your policy, I asked if I could pay you for more and you said ok. I paid you and you decided to refund me. At no point did I refuse to pay. You said if I want me than 2 sessions per month, I can pay an additional $50 per session and I said I would pay that now 1-2 months in advance. I see nothing wrong with what I did. I see you throwing away a client who is consistent and pays and instead of explaining your policy, just "banning me." Very unprofessional!

Today I did the facial which was also very good, very thorough. Kayla did a great job on my facial, explained everything well to me and let me know what she was doing. She did extractions, facial massage, upper body massage, showed me before and after, and took great care of me. I was very pleased with my service.
