Walking in you feel like you are walking into a spa. A small business but well laid out with 5 nice sized rooms. The beds are all heated so even in the middle of winter you won't feel like you are laying down on a cold blanket. The massage therapist I booked - Amita - was amazing. She was checking to ensure the pressure she was using was good because I was quite injured.... My daughter didn't notice anything because apparently she ended up so relaxed despite her injury she feel asleep during her massage! I guess that's a sign the pressure is fine! Near the end Amita uses an amazing cooling massage oil. While she doesn't do pressure sales at all the oil is for sale in the clinic which I appreciate. After she gave me the opportunity to book straight away with her or to leave it and book at later time use her online booking system (which is how I had initially booked). It was so easy to use so I'm just going to do that again when it fits into my schedule but don't worry I'll be back and so should you.

Have to say, it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I was able to do half sports therapeutic massage and half relaxation. I sit at a desk all day at work, so I get tight knotted back muscles, Carline was able to get all those loosened up. The ambience of the room is perfect, I do like it better than the old place I went to, as it was more dimly lit and added to the relaxation. Though just be warned, with the relaxing atmosphere and massage, it may be hard not to drift off in sleep ha. I'm happy to say that I have found a new regular massage therapist to get the kinks out of my muscles, and to just unwind/de-stress with a nice relaxing massage.

My wife often has me massage her upper back and shoulders to relieve the knots she gets from work, and while I knew I was doing a decent job, I wanted to do a great job. Jamie taught me how to massage the area properly, but also gave me techniques to avoid straining my thumbs (which always got sore before). I liked that she asked us what areas we were interested in working on, then built the class around our needs. We were comfortable in her house, though I believe she lists on her website that she'll come out to your house as well.
