I would have thought she would be happy to get some business after being closed because of the pandemic, but I guess common courtesy to even respond with a "Sorry but I am busy" is too much to ask for these days. Would give 0 stars if I could. **So to respond to Laura's note to my review, a simple "I am under the weather" or "I am busy those dates" would have sufficed after I made my multiple appointment inquiries. Instead you completely ignored emails and texts, and then respond to my review 20 months later? I am sorry you were under the weather back in September of 2020, but this just poor small business customer service. It takes 10 seconds to send a text.

Aching after the move, I HAD to get some relief. So far I've found one place I love, and then I tried BSDS! It is expensive folks. It is a small woman-owned business nestled in Hyannis. But as a small business, you will get that customized, love you to pieces service that only a small woman-owned business can. Kelly the owner is a peach of human and her staff are following her footsteps. I just moved to Cape Cod from Hudson, MA where I left my beloved massage therapist Melissa from Synergy Wellness. In pain and tired, I tried this place. Came in for an hour and stayed for 90 minutes. I was hoping for bone-crushing deep tissue, which Danielle couldn't deliver - for a reason. She wanted to know WHAT was hurting/in need of help. And focused on what the body craved in a silent dialogue between her and my aching bones. I woke up this morning with ZERO sciatica and shoulder pain. Using very interesting techniques, and applying heat and COLD, I don't know WHAT she did or how she did it, but she brought it. They offer spa services and memberships to make the "get your health in order massage fix" approachable. As they love on you like they've known you your entire life. Like sisters in a special group. My advice is to avoid this salon to save yourself the hassle and expense. A trip to the spa should feel good from beginning to end, not to walk out of there feeling like you were bullied.

About two years ago my long search for the perfect massage ended when I found Nadia at Coastline Massage Therapy. She remembers my preferences and encourages me to voice any changes I'd like (e.g. change hight on face cradle, table warmth temperature, air temp etc) so the end result is that each time I see her is even better than the last. She lays a cover over my eyes and wraps my feet in hot towels and the whole experience just feels so luxurious and relaxing.
