My husband and I did the 90 min Physiotherapy TuiNa Massage with Tina & May. It's not your typical relaxing Swedish massage. They use deep tissue pressure point massage, stepped on my back, did a little stretching & used oil & hot stones to help with circulation, remove toxins & relieve pain. The only complaint I have is that they don't have a face pillow, so my chin was hurting towards the end when face down, but overall a good experience.

She warmly greeted me and asked if there were any areas on my body which were bothering me or that she needed to pay attention to so as not to cause discomfort. The way she used her hands and arms let me know she is very much in tune with what she's doing. She knew exactly where and how much pressure to apply to release the tension in my body. I was left feeling insanely relaxed and felt great afterwards. I will definitely be coming back again and again! Thank you, Jennel!!

It was a couples massage. My girlfriends was decent. With hundreds of massages under my belt, I feel this and this price. 90% of Asian massages at half the cost were twice as good. Never had this issue in places like Serenity Spa in Granite Bay or other Sacramento area establishments. It has been over a month and after a trip expensive trip to the ER and time, it is mostly feeling healed. It was Excessive Pressure. The owner offered an apology and had a conversation with the therapist about the incident she stated. No refund was ever given and all communication ceased. It is probably not worth contacting an attorney at this point. ($1600 ER bill) and many days of pain, but an expensive lesson. Higher priced massages does not necessarily equate to higher quality.

She talked to me about a membership and the timing of appointments. She said they had a 20 minute grace period because I said I would likely be coming from work and running late. She said it wouldn't be an issue at all, if I was late the session would just be shorter. I made an appointment to go back for a sauna and was planning on signing up for the membership the receptionist had told me about. I was running late and tried to reach the spa. Scott left me a message. I called back. Scott returned my call and was immediately rude. He said since it was 15 minutes past my appointment he turned off the sauna and would charge me. It wasn't even 15 minutes into the appointment but I apologized and said I understood. He then said there was an issue that I personally blocked the charge and needed to fix it immediately. I obviously hadn't had the chance to block the charge while I was on the phone with him but still apologized. He continued to be rude while I just apologized. I wanted a solution he wanted to be upset. I would never consider going back.

Anniversary Couples Massage in NAPA…read more On our 42nd Anniversary stay in Napa we checked through Yelp to find a suitable spot. We had checked on two locations but they weren't able to schedule us until the following week. We found St. Pierre on Yelp and decided to walk-in whilst out touring Napa. Scott kindly greeted us as we entered. He asked how he might help us. We indicated we were in town for just a few days and wanted a couples message. He was very hospitable and checked the calendar. He found an opening for the following afternoon. He was accommodating and even took us on a tour of the place. We arrived the next day and Scott greeted us, brought us to the Room of Tranquility and gave us Tea. We met Aaron and Logan. They asked how we would like the pressure and brought us to the room. Both of our massages were just as we requested. We had every muscle worked and were so relaxed. They asked how we were doing throughout our treatments ensuring we were okay. They were meticulous to work out all the kinks. Super Job!! The whole experience was how we wished it to be. Ahhhhhh!!! We will be back!!! Thank You St. Pierre Massage & Spa Team!! 5-Star.

I sensed that his website was accurate about his work and we were not at all disappointed. He brought good, positive energy into our home and was quick to establish a sense of comfort and safety. He was highly professional in every regard, without losing a sense of warmth, ease and good humor about him. From the pictures on his website, I was expecting a strong fellow, but this guy is unusually powerful, not just strong. Thankfully, he is also technically exacting. He knows exactly where to work and how deep, but is quickly responsive to feedback if he needs to hold his power back a bit more. I asked about his training, which, not surprisingly, included LifeStream, among others. I've been in the Napa Valley many years now and have had massage regularly; in my experience, LifeStream grads are always among the finest--as Alfonso clearly is. He has a great gift for this work. My wife and I both slept incredibly well after and we both felt less pain and better energy the next day. We will be scheduling again very soon.

Updating this review!!…read more I've gotten many massages and never felt very violated during my massage experience. I received a male masseuse who was in his older 30-40s it appeared. Touched me in inappropriate area twice and felt very uncomfortable. Only focused on massaging buttocks inappropriately during hour massage. Highly do not recommend this place. I emailed the business after my appointment and was told a refund would be issued, however, the opposite occurred.... I was disappointed with how my concerns were handled after my visit. I reported that I felt uncomfortable during the massage, but instead of acknowledging my experience, the response focused on the fact that I completed the session and left a tip, implying that my concerns were less valid. Many people do not feel comfortable speaking up in the moment, especially during a vulnerable situation like a massage. What was even more disappointing was being offered only a partial refund of $47.50 and being asked to remove my review in exchange for receiving it. Rather than addressing my concerns and taking responsibility for my experience, it felt like the business was trying to make the review disappear. I believe customer feedback should be taken seriously, especially when it involves a client feeling uncomfortable during a service. She never responded to my email after stating she would issue a refund. DO NOT GO HERE
