Great work with hitting my pressure points too. I like a "deep massage" with firm pressure where they really work on you and these two don't disappoint! After returning from a vacation that we did a lot of walking I called my regular massage therapist but she was booked. When I came in I was greeted and told to enter a vacant room. I explained I had a Groupon, so I was escorted to the front for my voucher to be verified and recorded. It was then I was told about paying $5 for taxes, which she said I could pay at the end. The massage room was small but clean. Soft music was on repeat. Once I was undressed and covered with a sheet, the woman came in and went to work. This was one of the best massages I've ever had. The attention to detail and hitting all the right areas and pressure points were incredibly relaxing. By the end of the massage, everywhere from my head to my toes was worked on. The only negative was when I went to pay the tax. I used my card for that and told the 2 women at the counter I'd be paying cash for the tip. After tipping, the other woman goes "Excuse me. Maybe next time you can give her a better tip." I politely said no, that was fine, and walked out. I heard them speaking as I walked out. I don't know why people are so bent out of shape nowadays about receiving tips and/or how much.

Recently, I had terrible knots and tension in my shoulder and booked a simple 30-minute table massage. I was shown to a room in the back where an elder therapist worked on me, and she was incredible. Without me even having to say anything, she intuitively found the exact areas that needed attention and spent extra time there. She even added hot stones as a courtesy, which made a huge difference. Her work reminded me so much of the exceptional massage I received in Thailand, deeply skilled, intuitive, and caring. I left feeling lighter, with all the tension relieved.
