Heal Wellness is an açaí bowl and smoothie shop located in the heart of downtown Calgary. It was steps away from my hotel so I thought I would check it out in the morning. They open at 7AM so that was really nice to be able to get a quick healthy smoothie in prior to my 8AM meeting. The store itself is beautifully designed and well-lit. Everything was super clean. I did not check if they have wifi or not but I would definitely take a call in there. The service was great. The woman working behind the counter answered all of my questions with confidence and patience. Thank you! Last but not least, the lean greens smoothie was perfect for what I wanted: healthy, no dairy, real fruit and veggies. The boosters were $1 and $0.75 so worth it in my opinion. I opted for the lion's mane and creatine. The price is very reasonable too. I am definitely coming back for my early morning health boost! read more
