I've just finished at the gym. Sweat glistens off my perfectly chiseled abs and falls from my well-shaped chin. I yearn for sustenance. I require nutrients. My aching muscles cry out for protein, protein MORE PROTEIN! And, what's this? I've forgotten my protein shake. A rookie mistake, but a common one when you're so in the zone that you simply can't wait to get to the gym and do chin-ups until the muscles beneath your flesh feel as though they are about to burst forth in a testosterone explosion. What's a well-built showcase of male perfection to do? Gathering my belongings and giving one last flex to the locker room mirror, I climb into my whip and take a 3 minute drive to Booster Juice. I push the door open with one swift motion of my bulging biceps. The place is empty. Good, no competition. I've spent enough time battling my inner demons at the gym, the last thing I need is to battle soccer moms jockeying for position in the booster juice line. I order a High Impact Acai Berry. The high school girl behind the counter, obviously in awe of my incredible physique, delays only a moment before ringing me through. She sets about her business behind the counter, mixing fruits, proteins, magic and just a pinch of her heart's deepest desires. I grab it from the counter and slowly swallow the first few gulps of what I know is a well mixed elixir that will take my torn muscle groups to that next level of hugeness. I wave slightly. "Thanks! Peace." I say. She watches me go, probably wondering what great adventure I am off to next, longing instinctually to follow me, but knowing she cannot. read more

I am a huge fan of Booster juice to start, but I love going to this location in particular because it's right next to my favorite tanning salon Smart Tan! I'm always so warm when I get out of there that I just need something refreshing and healthy. And their smoothies are so yummy! My favorite is Citrus Swirl. I agree with Zoe, this location doesn't have much seating at all. It isn't even welcoming to sit at the one or two tables. It's more of a grab-and-go kind of place. And I never eat any of the food. A large smoothie is pretty well an entire meal anyway. I just wish there was a Booster Juice at MarketMall... read more

This location never seems very clean and often the staff has a hard time understanding my order. Twice in a row I was given the wrong drink. The man who made it argued with me and so I took the smoothie and decided never to go back. read more

I love that this Booster Juice is right by my work. Whenever I'm in need of some sustenance, I go here. One thing I don't like about this place is that there are only 2 small tables and a couple stools by the window to sit at. Its almost as if they don't expect people to stay there and eat. The girls working here tend to be brief, greet you, take your order and that's it. They have a wide variety on their menu. This last time I choose a mango hurricane smoothie, along with a chicken quesadilla, it cost me $13. The quesidilla was good, I found the chicken quality to be not that great. The smoothie was awesome, very flavourful and fresh! I like that you get to choose a "booster", its a nice way to get some nutrients. They have great protein smoothies as well. There are also a selection of fresh juices. They have paninis and wraps too. They carry a small selection of healthy snacks. The wheatgrass, acai and matcha shots and shakers seem quite popular, they are definitely a good way to get a shot of antioxidants or greens during the day. The prices for things are decent, smoothies go for around $7, the snack sizes $4. This is a great place to get a healthy snack.
