From the consultation to surgery, post surgery to what I call the best part of recovery being PT, this is the place to go. Our baby girl had her first PT here two years ago post surgery. Covid precautions were exceptional & even though I was sad I couldn't sit in our girl took to Peggy & she was kind enough to send us videos during her sessions. Peggy is phenomenal & has over 20 years experience with/ PT. She is so knowledgeable, great at educating further baby parents. She has the passion & cares deeply about her patients. Flash forward to now.... My baby had her second TPLO surgery & currently is in PT w/ Peggy by request. Since Covid restrictions were lifted I am able to be present w/ my daughter & see Peggy's magic in action. She explains the different exercises, is carefully watching her progress, helps show me how to massage, do the at home exercises, & is just fantastic to talk to. I cannot say enough great things about the PT portion of post surgery. It's made my baby's quality of life so much better & she's getting stronger everyday. If you want a place that cares about your pet in every sense go here. The team on the surgery side & rehabilitation side are top notch. I'll never go anywhere else. I must add that her old assistant Jeff was fantastic & her new one Kathy are incredible as well. They all deserve recognition. I'm sorry to those I forgot to mention!

I researched the internet searching for a solution and found Ayriel. We were desperate to fix our dear lab's heartbreaking situation and after one massage session he was much better! We continued to get him monthly massages and with each session his muscle spasm occurrences became less and less. As he continued to improve Ayriel recommended spreading out his session. He now continues to get massages every three months, unless we know he will have some physical activity that might aggravate his neck we book a week before. We've been in two situations for weeks at a time when our friend was unable to care for her pet and we needed quick coverage for days at a time. We would never have gotten through these situations without them. They are caring, compassionate and honest, with a great sense of what extra moments a pet might need. I'd not hesitate to use them again and cannot thank them enough.

We saw improvement with his arthritis and movement, so we kept it going. But then, we got the worst news that our boy had bone cancer. When our boy lost his leg to cancer, the team at Four Paws worked with us to get his body confidence back post-amputation and keep him moving and limber. Through arthritis, cancer, and loss, Four Paws was there for our family. Words cannot express our deepest gratitude to Dana, Sav, and Bren who were there for the whole journey. If you are wondering, "Does PT really actually work for a dog?" Yes, I can confirm that it does help. We witnessed the progress and it did make a huge difference. We got our boy back post-amputation and I do credit the work at Four Paws for him getting his spark and confidence back. Be consistent about appointment, follow your therapist's recommendations, and above all, be kind and respectful. The staff at Four Paws are VERY good at what they do. Trust the process and you'll be rewarded with real, observable progress. PS - their laser works wonders!

They are efficient, helpful, and seem to really enjoy animals (and people). They are really good with our animals. We had just adopted 2 kittens, and took them in for a checkup, and then did a followup appointment. But here's what sets these folks apart from some of the other places we've used in the past. I called to set up a one-year appointment for April, since the cats would be one year old then. But then they asked me a few questions, and suggested that instead we should schedule the appointment for July, since that's when their annual shots would be due, and avoid paying for an extra appointment. Imagine! Doing what's best for us and the cats instead of just piling on unnecessary appointment so they can make some extra money. We've had a series of vets over the years for previous cats and dogs, and were never really happy with the service. SO glad we finally found a great vet.

After combing through countless reviews of Dr. Matt Slentz, we scheduled an appointment with him this morning for our puppy's (Leo) final puppy visit and vaccinations. Dr. Matt exceeded our expectations. He has wonderful bedside manner, is incredibly informative, and--just as other reviewers mentioned--remarkably generous with his time. He made sure all of our questions were answered and even covered general puppy FAQs we didn't know to ask. His delivery was straightforward and upfront, providing honest professional opinions without sugarcoating, which we truly appreciated. During the visit, our puppy had an accident in the exam room. Without hesitation, Dr. Matt immediately grabbed paper towels and cleaned it himself, without gloves, while the veterinary assistant stood by. That moment spoke volumes--demonstrating genuine care, humility, and a willingness to step in without concern for appearances. He also noted that hand nibbling (as distinct from biting) is consistent with normal puppy developmental behavior and allowed our puppy to nibble on him during the exam, which was reassuring to observe. It is evident that both Dr. Miller and Dr. Matt hold their veterinary oath in the highest regard. Knowing we can trust them brings immense peace of mind when it comes to our puppy's care. This practice should have been a five-star experience based on Dr. Miller, Dr. Matt, and the front desk staff alone. Unfortunately, a **detached, impersonal, and indifferent interaction with Madden--marked by a lack of empathy and engagement--**overshadowed what they truly deserved.
