Terrible service, low quality employees…read more Every time we need a prescription filled, we call it in, and Walgreens says we can pick it up the next day. And without fail, when we go to pick it up the next day, they don't have it ready, say there was an "insurance mix-up", and say it'll be ready in a couple hours. One prescription, this happened three times before we just bought an OTC option at CVS. Recently when the tech informed me of another "insurance mix--up", I mentioned that this happens every time. Her response was, "I've never seen you here before". Unreal. The only reason we come back is because we keep forgetting to change our prescription preferences to CVS.

So my favorite two features of this location were the drive-through and the fact that they were…read moreopen at 3 AM when I get done with work. Now the drive-through is closed, and they're open 8 AM to 8 PM. I go in and stand in line for half an hour and get absolutely nowhere. Why do they even bother advertising when they can't serve the customers they have? Who is doing the hiring? Who is making the decisions for these crazy hours that are now limiting my ability to get in and get my prescriptions? What kind of business are they trying to run here? I am definitely looking for somewhere else to go. This is absolutely ludicrous.
