It definitely seems like they take pride in being a true barber shop with all the barbers knowing how to actually cut here.. and do what you're asking. The barber that cut my hair was Macy and she did a really good job! As far as the other people there they all do great work from what I could tell, but I would highly recommend Macy as she did a great job on my hair cut. The only problem for a walk in is that they get packed, so you might want to call ahead to see how long the wait will be. I will definitely be going back!

Easiest process of my life, no social pressure, great service. I shaved my head a while back and I've kinda struggled with trying to make it look good as it grew out. This is gonna take 6 months or more! Ran razor into my crown chopped into it with thinning shears. Didn't even clean it up. Thought I was walking in to get a clean comb scizzor undercut by a professional barber up front. Instead I got some young guy all the way in back. First I think there was a language problem. They gladly took me in regardless of the day being appointments only but I wish there were some kind of sign outside to let customers know. I went through the entire cut only to find at the end that the credit card machines were down. I don't carry cash so this was a problem. I'm not sure if the receptionist was aware of this when I came in but I had to leave to get a 20 out of the ATM. It would've been nice to know this first thing when I walked in. Kind of a hassle but the weather was bad and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. Give Enrique a chance, I'm glad we have a barber that cuts so well in Portage.
