Devin's work is divine. But really, though. I recently lost my mother, I was very close to her and I always planned a "mom" tattoo. Devin took my custom design and made it flow beautifully without veering away from my desired tattoo. Don't take my word for it- all I've been hearing from strangers is how gorgeous my new tattoo is. And I'll add that the process of getting inked was enjoyable. You heard me. Devin made sure I was taken care if, comfortable and well informed. Not going to lie, his touch is feather light and I did almost dose off a few times ;) I will be a repeat offender here!
