Left salon with fairly nice colour and trim costing £70. 4 days later, after 2 washes colour has washed out and I am left with my normal brown hair and bleached blonde streaks! Called salon who offered to cover it with a temporary dye. Refused a refund and told me it was my fault because I had agreed to the colour and I didn't use and expensive colour shampoo. 1) I was not told it would wash out so quickly or that 'toner' means temporary 2) I was not advised to use special shampoo 3) Temporary colour or not, if I pay £70 for my hair to be coloured I expect it to stay in for more than 4 days. All in all disgused with the customer service and their colouring skills. Will never go there again and would advise others to look elsewhere too.

I always leave looking better, and consequently feeling better than when I went in. Often have to wait a week or so for an appointment, which I take to be a good sign.

Gemma Smith kept…read moredropping her razor because she was rushing as the stylist under her didn't feel confident about cutting my hair so shed had to take over and kept telling me she didnt really have the time to cut it!! My hair is still not right from the awful cut and when i complained they said it was what i asked for and it totally wasn't. If you want a proper hair cut dont go here!
