Great Talented barbers and customer service! I just moved in to Menifee and was very nervous about getting a new barber, but let me tell you.. The barbers at Headliners made me feel welcomed and did an awesome job on my haircut. I definitely will be coming here more often. Shout out to Danny and Mando for taking care of me the 2 times I've gone in. read more

My grandson got a terrible cut. I've been trying to call there and the number says out of service. How do you reach someone to complain?

The little bitch tatted up with sketchers and glasses in the back right especially is bringing his bad attitude to work and not giving good haircuts and even charging more that what it's supposed to be, as soon as I went in he straight up told me to hurry up because he has more haircuts to do. read more

Do not come here. The barbers will either give you the best haircut of your life or make you have to shave it off. I had to go to a second barbershop to fix the mess they gave me. read more

Every single guy in here knows how to barber! They get you in and get you out. Place is a well oiled machine! Would highly recommend this place!! read more

First time going to a professional barber shop. I didn't have an appointment and I just walked in and I was helped right away by Erick. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered. I was out in 20 minutes and a happy client. You could tell he's been doing it for a while, which is a relief. I'll be bringing my boys here from now on. Thanks read more

I have been trying this place for the last couple of months now, but after today I'm not going back again I don't know which barber I got but it just felt like he was rushing through the haircut, I ended up getting cut on my cheek by him and when he put aftershave on the cut of course it burns, he than said it hurts that bad I know kids that just sit there and take it. Very unprofessional never visiting this place again. read more

All barbers are super talented, extremely skillful, and always give a great service. Been coming here for a little over a year and I have never left disappointed. Doesn't matter which barber I get, I always get exactly the haircut I asked for. read more

My son(9) loves it! They treat him like a lil boss! All the guys are super chill. Great vibes, ALWAYS a great haircut!!!

The new guy at first chair did a horrible job cutting around the ear Wait time is not an issue The issue is now days barbers all they know is skin fades and comb overs. What happened to using scissors to cut around the ear? Simple task gone wrong Definitely not going back to this place. read more

Don't come to this barber shop. Terrible customer service, will waste your time and have no sense of urgency. The barbers are all mediocre and don't have high skill level in barbering. We've tested out every barber and maybe 2/8 barbers do a good job. They also talk inappropriately in front of kids and play music with profanities. The chairs in the waiting area are deteriorating and the arm rest will poke you. The shop isn't well kept and it reflects the owner entirely. Terribly look for the community. read more

Got a cut without an appointment. Barber did not really try to make convo and was rushing once other clients came through the door. I asked for a face all around the sides and was left with 80s flat top. Nothing what I asked for. I told where not to cut and they still cut. Won't be coming back. read more

Very first time at this place and left extremely disappointed with my son's haircut and your guys' customer service. You can see hard defined lines from where the barber used his shears at the top of his head. This has never happened anywhere else. Besides the ugly, horrible haircut, 0 customer service skills. "Do you know what he's getting," and "is that good?" were the only things said during his horrible 20 minute haircut. I WILL GLADLY NEVER RETURN. read more

Great service, it's been my 3rd visit and the vibe is great. If you need a cut, come visit them.

Highly highly recommend! Best barbershop I've been too! Read some comments of people complaining about the way they talk lol what do you expect it's a barbershop full of guys. Anyways ask for Erick he cut my son's hair and did an amazing job! read more

The other reviews are correct If you don't have an appointment don't bother 45 minute wait turned into an hour and a half So I just left Wish they would of told me when I signed in that they had multiple appointments in addition to the walk in traffic but the told me 45 minutes. It kind of makes you wonder if there were really appointments or if they were just putting other walk ins in front of you that were there friends.either way I don't know but there version of 45 minutes is well over an hour and a half . read more

Strange experience. Very talkative barber. Not a great haircut. Despite good location I Wouldn't return.

Very clean and all the barbers are great . Very detailed and they take their time on your hair. Great service and great experience all around . read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I've never heard a guy say "I got you" so many times... to then completely NOT have it. this is most definitely the worst cut I've ever gotten! These barbers are jokes. Do not bother wasting your money. read more

I was randomly in town and had some time to kill and decided to get my haircut. I didn't look for reviews which I normally do and took a risk. Holy F*** These guys are rad and I honestly got the best haircut of my life. No joke. I love my normal barber but damn these guys are legit and laidback af. Check em out! read more

Thanks Abe! Did great with my 3 year old! Tight skin fade with a hard part. He was patient and listened to my needs as a parent. I really didn't even need to stand there but I'd never took my son for a haircut that wasn't a child's hair shop! Loved our experience!! Thanks Abe!! read more

No customer service skills AT ALL. They don't greet you or tell you about how long it will be. You can sit there for 30 mins without being acknowledged or greeted. We have given them our business for over two years and the customer service lacks and has gotten worse over time. NEVER TAKING MY SONS BACK. read more

I wish I could add another 5 stars on top , I stepped foot In this shop a year ago & never turned back , Armando has been fading me up & I won't switch up . ***by appointments only*** The barbers here need to let you know, when you "walk-in" they're only accepting appointments. We waited 2+ hours here today it wasn't very busy but just when we thought it was our turn, an "appointment" walked in. The barbers yell "appointment!"( to which they sound like fucken idiots) That's how we knew it was an "appointment". Don't go here unless you want to waste 2 + hours of your life watching other people get their haircut and idiot barbers yelling "appointment!". read more

Straight up FIRME! The specialist barber left my son looking handsome. This was my son's 1st haircut, and the barber was profoundly patient and highly professional. Thought I'd try a new place in town... If you are coming here for the first time, expect to wait at least 45 minutes while others with appointments stroll in straight to their cut... After waiting over an hour and dealing with unattended little kids running around and pretty much bumping into barbers cutting hair, I decided to stick with my regular place for my Fresh Cut. Might call ahead to see about an appointment...... read more

Didn't have good experience with the guy works here. No respect for peoples time and don't mind ruining your day

Not KID friendly. You walk in there they treated us as if they were to good to cut my two boys hair.

Once you walk in its BAM clean cut inside, ample room, quite a few screens for anyone waiting but the wait time was only 5 min for us. My boys normally get a regular haircut every 3 months but this time around their hair grew to fast. So when I heard Headliners Barbershop opened we came to see what they could do for us. We left it up to the barbers as to what would look good on our boys. We were not disappointed. Highly recommended a clean, stylish and professional establishment... And we found one here in Menifee! Thank you Jerry! read more
